Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our returns policy below.
Eligibility
You have 14 days or 2 weeks after the delivery date of the items you purchased to get in touch and let us know you'd like a refund, and another 14 days or 2 weeks after this to return the items to us. If you miss this window and do not get in touch then we cannot accept the return.
For an acceptable return the items you purchased must be in unopened unused condition in the items original packaging. Any order items that have been opened and or tampered with due to the nature of the items (booster boxes) will not be an acceptable refund request. As well as swapping our authentic products for counterfeit or tampered items will also void your refund request.
How to Return (If accepted)
After initiating a return, if your within the time period stated above you'll send your items back to us using a tracked shipping label to ensure safety, on arrival your returned items will be inspected, after this you'll receive a message about the approval or denial of your request.
If granted your refund will be promptly processed and returned to your original form of payment as listed on the order your placed initially within a certain amount of business calendar days.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
Items arriving damaged.
If your item unfortunately arrives with some sort of cosmetic damage we do not offer partial refunds or exchanges these are such things as (dents, scuffs or creases) to the products.
However if your unhappy with the delivered state of your item, you can apply for a full regular refund as per the terms listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened booster boxes, sealed products that have been tampered with, and are not eligible for return.
Incomplete Address/ Wrong Address
Please ensure that your address is correct when placing an order, if you find that yours is incorrect please IMMEDIATELY get in contact so we can resolve your issue before the order is shipped. We CANNOT update and or change your address after the order is shipped, if an order is returned back to us due to the address being wrong from the currier you can get in touch for your order to be sent to the correct address, or a refund can be sent for the products purchased.
A late or missing refund
If your refund hasn't been received, first step is double check your bank account.
After this contact your credit card supplier, as it can take time before your refund is officially posted. Refrain from contacting your bank, as there is often processing times before a refund is sent.
